Welcome to XSquared. We’re a team of expert negotiators and career mentors who can elevate your career or your company to the next level.

We offer negotiation skills to women working in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields, and we help companies better attract, retain and support their female employees. We coach women at the beginning and throughout the ascent of their careers to be smart and savvy negotiators for themselves and their companies. We lead trainings and workshops for women and all staff to learn to be strong self advocates and self actualizers.

Meet the Founder

Research shows that companies excel when they appoint women as decision makers. Companies want to change, and women want in.

We have 20 years of experience working in negotiation and conflict resolution, and we understand that gender shapes men's and women's negotiation experiences and outcomes. Given the underrepresentation of women in the STEM industry, we’re helping women turn the tide with real negotiation skills and mentorship.
